At Customer Focus 2024 construction business leaders, technology innovators and CGC software and services catalysts will meet to collaborate and make invaluable, lasting connections for better business practices and overall Smarter Construction.
Our training programs, sessions discussions, presentations, and demonstrations will all concentrate on Smarter Construction, ways for our customers to cross the finish line with greater speed and lesser effort than the competition and to stay focused on winning by leveraging their abundant volume of data.
Customer Focus 2024 will bring our customers an exciting two-and-a-half-day program fostering education, networking and sharing of expertise and experiences. An all-encompassing program with exciting user conference sessions and hands-on training programs will focus on how Computer Guidance's innovative eCMS applications— Web2 apps, IDIs, dashboards, reporting, business intelligence & analytics, content management, workflow, alerts, project costing, and field operations— empower you to always perform your best, beat all the odds, and find ways to finish first.
- Day 1-2—Customer Focus User Conference Sessions will offer various interactive sessions supported by in-depth product overviews, live product demonstrations, customer best practices presentations and open discussions. These sessions will be offered in two tracks on Monday and Tuesday, July 8-9, 2024, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the Phoenician Resort and Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona.
- Day 3— All attendees are offered two (2) Training Programs to choose from. These training programs will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at the Phoenician Resort and Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona.
- Training Program #1 - Working with Advanced IDI Views, Reports, Dashboards and more.
- Training Program #2 - eCMS ERP New User Training/eCMS for Beginners.
- As in the past, we will continue to provide opportunities to meet with our team one on one to get specific questions answered and to get hands-on experience with the eCMS applications throughout the two-and-a-half-day program. We will also have some great partners, speakers, and many fun activities!
