Terms & Conditions
- Up to 13 CPE credit hours are available for attending all conference sessions and the half-day training.
- Guest/Family Add-On Registration: $500 per person (Children under 10 attend at no charge.)
- A $500 cancellation fee per registration applies after April 30, 2026.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations after June 1, 2026.
- Registration substitutions may be made at any time at no additional charge.
- All customers are requested to pay by credit card only.
