CPE Credits

Customer Focus 2024 CPE Credit Information

Through our partnership with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), Computer Guidance is pleased to be able to offer continuing professional education (CPE) credits for completion of these courses. The recommended CPE credits for each course, along with the level of difficulty and field of study, are included in the detail information for the program.

If you are interested in receiving CPE credits for your participation in our Customer Focus 2024 Program, you are required to submit a CPE application form (Sign-In Form) and course survey (Conference Sessions and Training) once the program of study is completed. The necessary links and methods are provided on this portal.

For additional information on CPE credits, contact Vicki Satran at 480.444.7028 or at vsatran@computerguidance.com.

The total possible points that an individual can earn for Customer Focus 2024 are 18 points. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.

Total available CPE credits: Up to 21 credits for full participation
CPE calculation: In compliance with NASBA guidelines, 1 CPE credit is awarded per 50 minutes of instructional time
Field of Study: Business Management and Organization
Program Type: Group Live, for internal and external audiences
NASBA Sponsor ID: 107712

Each session is labeled with a specific knowledge level and can be referenced in the following pages of the conference brochure. We recommend that participants have a basic understanding of eCMS applications for sessions that are identified as basic and overview, and an in-depth understanding of eCMS applications for sessions that are identified as intermediate and advanced.

  • Basic—Program knowledge level most beneficial to CPAs new to a skill or an attribute. These individuals are often at the staff or entry level in organizations, although such programs may also benefit a seasoned professional with limited exposure to the area.
  • Intermediate—Program knowledge level that builds on a basic program, most appropriate for CPAs with detailed knowledge in an area. Such persons are often at a mid-level within the organization, with operational and/or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Advanced—Program knowledge level most useful for individuals with mastery of the particular topic. This level focuses on the development of in-depth knowledge, a variety of skills, or a broader range of applications. Advanced level programs are often appropriate for seasoned professionals within organizations; however, they may also be beneficial for other professionals with specialized knowledge in a subject area.
  • Overview—Program knowledge level that provides a general review of a subject area from a broad perspective. These programs may be appropriate for professionals at all organizational levels.
  • Update—Program knowledge level that provides a general review of new developments. This level is for participants with a background in the subject area who desire to keep current.
